Teen Suspects in Violent Md. Carjacking Lived in Group Home Nearby

Three teens beat and seriously injured a man in a church parking lot on Sunday night and then stole his car, Prince George’s County Police said. A man who lives nearby said the group home where the boys live is a disturbance. News4’s Tracee Wilkins reports.
