N.C. Man Accused of Tampering with Fair Safety Equipment Goes to Court

A North Carolina is accused of tampering with fair safety equipment began court proceedings Monday. Timothy Tutterrow faces three counts of assault with a deadly weapon for causing the ride to restart as people attempted to exit. Five people were injured; three are still hospitalized.
