Here's Your Memorial Day 2019 Forecast

We'll have a nice finish to the long weekend on Monday, although the heat and humidity will be back Tuesday.

We'll have lower rain chances Monday than we did on Sunday. An isolated storm will still be possible but, for the most part, the long weekend will end warm and dry. Highs will be in the mid 80s (compared to 92 degrees on Sunday), with plenty of sunshine.

But Tuesday, we'll see higher humidity, a greater likelihood of some afternoon thunderstorms and afternoon highs close to 90 degrees once again. That dome of heat will settle in for Wednesday and Thursday with afternoon highs in the low to mid 90s. Most of those 2 days will be dry but with that much heat and humidity around, there could always be an afternoon/evening thunderstorm or two.

That southern high pressure center will lose its influence on Friday with the passage of a cold front coming over the Great Lakes. Friday will be sunny with highs in the mid 80s.
