District Elementary School Shuts Down for Bed Bugs, Rats

Infestations of pests including rats and bed bugs forced the District to temporarily shut down Savoy Elementary School. Cleaning and pest management is underway, and school officials said it could be several weeks before Savoy will be able to reopen. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
