DC Firefighter and One of ‘The First Five' Discusses Importance of COVID-19 Vaccine

The emergency responders dubbed ‘The First Five’ will be receiving the vaccine Thursday. One of them is Lt. Keishea Jackson, who admits she did not want to receive the vaccine at first. “[I said,] ‘Let me wait a year, let me see what happens.’ I can’t afford to do that anymore,” Jackson said.
