DC Area Hospitals in Need of Blood Donations

People rolled up their sleeves in Fairfax County, Virginia, on Sunday to donate blood. The blood drive is part of an effort to get more blood donations to hospitals in need throughout the D.C. area. News4’s Derrick Ward reports it’s not too late to help. A 24-hour “Blood Blitz” begins Monday across from the Dulles Town Center where people can donate blood.
