Costly Fourth of July Celebration Drains DC Fund

President Donald Trump’s $1.7 million Fourth of July celebration drained a special D.C. fund designed to pay for extra security and anti-terror measures, Mayor Muriel Bowser said. If the D.C. government doesn’t get reimbursed, taxpayers may have to foot the bill. News4’s Mark Segraves has the story.
