Cop Busted for Sexting with Minor

Federal authorities arrested an Anne Arundel County police officer Thursday night on charges he was “sexting” with an underage girl. Lt. James Cifala, 47, was arrested Thursday night. Authorities say he traded sexually explicit text messages with a 16 year old girl.
