Charnice Milton's Father to Attend State of the Union

The father of Charnice Milton, the 27-year-old reporter shot and killed in Southeast D.C. last year, will attend President Barack Obama’s final State of the Union address as Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton’s guest. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports.
