A veteran Prince George's County Sheriff's Office K-9 is being pushed back into service after disappearing a week ago.
The bloodhound Zoey was trained for search and rescue missions.
On Wednesday, she pulled a Houdini, slipping out of her collar and running away while on a walk with her handler in Waldorf.
The sheriff's office launched a massive search and received news Tuesday that she was found wandering on a street and taken in for some citizen living.
Zoey is in good condition.
