This morning, traffic was a mess for some commuters in Northern Virginia.
Northbound I-95 was jammed at I-395 after an accident around 7 a.m.
A tanker truck and two vehicles collided. Two left lanes were initially shut down for the accident.
Emergency personnel were able to move the disabled vehicles off the roadway by 8 a.m., and normal flow of traffic was restored by 8:30 a.m.
