93-Year-Old Charlie Brotman Returns as Inaugural Parade Announcer

Charlie Brotman, 93, returned to his role as inaugural parade announcer for a 12th president. News4’s Chris Gordon reports Brotman recorded his part from his room at an assisted-living facility in Silver Spring.
