911 Call Takers to Receive More Training After Numerous Errors

There have been several incidents in the District where 911 dispatchers sent firefighters and paramedics to the wrong address. Now some big changes are happening. Call takers will now receive 10 times more training than they previously received. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
