DC Circulator Bus Operators Still Have Safety Concerns

Seven months after an audit found serious safety concerns with the D.C. Circulator bus fleet, operators say they are still encountering problems. News4’s Wendy Rieger spoke with WTOP’s Max Smith, who first reported on that audit.
