Locals, Tourists Brave the Heat Wave on the National Mall

Tourists and locals braved the first heat wave of the year on the National Mall Friday. Several cooling centers are open across the District. But as News4’s Mark Segraves reports, not everyone downtown has a choice about being out in the hot weather.
