Gigantic E-ZPass Bill

A Virginia man racked up a huge bill through E-ZPass. He admits he drove through the tolls three years ago without paying because he thought they were free when there was no one manning the toll booths at night. Now, including interest, he owes $95,000. News4’s Chris Gordon talked to the driver.
