Saturday's 25-16 loss to the Tennessee Titans dropped the Redskins to 7-8, giving them no chance to finish above the Seattle Seahawks (8-6), the Minnesota Vikings (8-6-1) and the Eagles (8-7) in the standings.
Next week's home game against the Eagles will only give the Redskins the opportunity to play spoiler to their rival.
