Real World Wipeout at Caps Camp

'Intern' joins reporters on ice, falls on butt

An alleged member of the Real World D.C. cast takes a tumbled during the Washington Capitals‘ media day.

If you've kept up with your Real World stalking, you already know Tyrell Ruff as the cast member who's interning with the Capitals. Now we know him as the guy who fell on his butt during the Caps' Media Fantasy Camp on Tuesday.

Ruff joined NBC4's Lindsay Czarniak and Dan Hellie, as well as other local media types, on the ice at the Caps' practice facility in Virginia. We caught Ruff toppling over in dramatic fashion during skating drills. According to the DC Sports Bog he also fell during a breakaway drill against USA Today reporter A.J. Perez, losing his helmet in the process.

You can't say the guy isn't athletic, though. He played cornerback at Trinity College and ran track at the Gilman School in Baltimore, Md.  It just seems that ice hockey may not be his sport.
