Caps' Fehr Reads His Anti-Bullying Book at Elementary School

One in four kids in the U.S. is bullied. A local athlete is hoping to change that. The Capitals’ Eric Fehr is the author of an anti-bullying children’s book, and today, he read his book, “The Bulliest Dozer,” to area kids at Francis Scott Key Elementary School in Arlington, Virginia.
