Crushing End for the Capitals

The Washington Capitals head into the offseason crushed after a year that saw sky high expectations. Today was clean out day at Kettler Iceplex and News4’s Jason Pugh caught up with the players before they head their separate ways. The disappointed Caps did not hide their emotions.
