Caps, TAPS Hold Skating Party With Military Families

The Washington Capitals aren’t just the best team in the NHL, they’re doing their part giving back. Wednesday night, the guys skated with members of TAPS, a non-profit organization that offers care to military families grieving the loss of loved ones. It was a day to remember for those families, and the Caps too.
