Md. Lawmakers Want Funding to Make Schools ‘Best in the Country'

Democratic leaders in Maryland’s General Assembly say they want the state’s schools to be the best in the country again, and they are planning on spending billions to get it done. News4’s Tracee Wilkins reports the plan may face opposition from Gov. Larry Hogan, who says he won’t raise taxes to fund the project.
