New Yorkers Protest for Lebanon's Solidarity Movement

Lebanese Americans took over Washington Square Park Thursday night, clutching red, white and green flags, in a sign of solidarity with Lebanese protestors thousands of miles away. Unrest in Lebanon, stemming from the country’s heavy debt and economic strain has united the religiously segregated country into one sweeping reform movement.
