New Trump Tax Code Could Drop Corporate Tax Rates, Tax Brackets

President Donald Trump plans to unveil a new plan for tax reform in Indiana on Wednesday. An industry lobbyist tells NBC News the plan would drop corporate tax rates from 35 to 20 percent, shrink individual tax brackets from seven to three, preserve deductions for mortgage interest and charitable donations and double the standard deduction.
