Abu Yahya al-Libi, the senior Al-Qaida leader who was reportedly killed in a U.S. drone strike last week, appeared in a video published Tuesday by the terror group's media wing. The video did not refer at all to the June 4 attack and was likely shot before it occurred, NBC News terrorism analyst Evan Kohlmann said. White House spokesman Jay Carney said that al-Libi, who was described as the general manger of the terror organization, was killed in Pakistan's tribal region of North Waziristan.
