A Loft-Like Historic Townhouse

We’re at an Upper West Side townhouse designed by architect Michele Busiri-Vici. Michele’s clients wanted the property to feel more like a loft than a multi-floor townhome. He completely re-conceived the concept of the grand staircase into a unique sculptural element.
