Dallas Names Detroit Woman as City's Next Chief of Police

Dallas City Manager T.C. Broadnax admitted choosing the city’s new police chief was a difficult choice. He said he was looking for fresh eyes, new perspective and someone who could connect with the community. On Wednesday, Broadnax announced Detroit’s Renee Hall is the city’s next chief.
