Brothers, 14 and 10, Surrender to Police in Traffic Cone Beating

Two brothers turned themselves into police Monday amid a citywide search for seven kids seen on surveillance video beating a 73-year-old man with a traffic cone last month. The man later died. NBC10 reporter Aaron Baskerville was at Philadelphia police headquarters.
