Campaign Trail: Romney and Obama in Virginia

In Springfield, VA, Mitt Romney addressed a crowd of veterans on the campaign trail. Some polls show Romney trailing Obama in the race by 3-7%. Virginian voters present at the rally expressed concerns for the Republican candidate, some even criticizing his lack of details on the economic plan he proposed. Meanwhile, Obama, also in the key battleground state of Virginia, spoke to university students. Obama also released a campaign ad Thursday directly addressing viewers of his plans to produce American energy, maintain a sustainable workforce, improve the education system, and to end the War in Afghanistan. Iowa began voting Thursday and absentee voting started in Virginia last Friday, before Presidential debates have yet to start.
