Facebook Video Allegedly Shows Child Being Thrown off Bridge

Facebook user Kaylub Fawley posted this video on Facebook apparently showing a toddler being thrown off a bridge in Washington State. The local sheriff said deputies recommended charges against the child’s mother and the man who threw the child from the bridge.
