More Businesses Reopen With Restrictions as Montgomery County Enters Phase 2

Montgomery County became the last county in Maryland to begin phase two of reopening Friday. While restaurants and shops will welcome customers back, there are still many restrictions in place. News4’s Jackie Bensen shows how a popular restaurant area in Wheaton carefully got back into business.
