DC Boosts Funding for Homeless LGBTQ Youths

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser announced additional funding Wednesday for groups that help homeless young people, including a shelter that serves LGBTQ youths. According to the latest count, there are 318 homeless youths under age 24 on D.C. streets. Nearly half identity as LGBTQ, as News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
