Witness: Man Told Driver to Slow Down Before Being Hit in Clarksburg

Residents in part of Clarksburg, Maryland, have been angry at cars speeding through their neighborhood streets. Witnesses say that is what sparked a fatal hit-and-run on Friday in Clarksburg Village area. Two men were seen arguing minutes before one was run down by a car.
