Worker Dangling From Side of Commerce Building Rescued

A worker dangling from the side of Commerce Department building downtown was rescued Thursday afternoon. The man was left hanging by safety lines when scaffolding collapsed. D.C. Fire and EMS used a ladder truck to get the man down. He was not injured.
