Woman Shot During Attempted Carjacking on Benning Road

D.C. Police say a man opened fire, wounding a woman, after he tried to carjack a pickup truck and steal a motorcycle from the truck bed. The victims drove just over two miles along Benning Road to find help. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
