Woman Shot by D.C. Officer Told Him She Was ‘Ready to Die': PD

A woman shot by a D.C. police officer used synthetic drugs and PCP, according to her mother. She told the officer she was “ready to die” before she walked toward him with a knife, police said. News4’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports.
