Woman Set on Fire in SE DC Was Trying to Break Up Fight

Stephanie Chase Wheeler was trying to break up a fight near her home in Southeast, D.C., when one of the people involved doused her in gasoline and lit her on fire, police say. The suspect has not been found. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
