Woman in Wheelchair Killed in ‘Senseless Crime': D.C. Police Chief
The District’s interim police chief made a public plea for tips in solving a shooting that claimed the life of Vivian Marrow, a 68-year-old woman who was traveling by wheelchair to a corner store. Chief Peter Newsham said the shooter took “a woman out of our community, who had no business losing her life at this point.” News4’s Pat Collins reports.
