Woman Goes Into Labor on I-270

It’s not your average place to deliver a baby, but I-270 almost became a delivery room once again this morning. This is the second time in a week a woman has gone into labor on the highway. News4’s Darcy Spencer is live in Montgomery Village with the unusual delivery story.
