Woman Badly Hurt in Beltway Crash With Tractor-Trailer

A woman received serious injurious in a crash on the Beltway early Saturday. Maryland State Police say Samantha Justice was trying to merge onto the highway when a tractor trailer struck her car. The Inner Loop was shut down for several hours after the crash.
