Woman Apologizes for Friend Who Threw Urine Onto DC Bus Driver

“She was upset about something that day.” A close friend of Opal Brown apologized to D.C. bus drivers after Brown threw a cup of her urine onto a driver. Bus drivers say crimes like these need to be felonies, not misdemeanors. News4’s Adam Tuss reports.
