Will New Recruits Fill Enough D.C. Fire Vacancies?

The News4 I-Team learned the District expects to hire dozens of new firefighters and EMTs by March 2014, but there’s concern that all of those new men and women in uniform won’t be enough to fill all the empty positions in D.C.’s firehouses.
