Widower working to toughen Maryland bike lane laws after River Road tragedy

Sarah Langenkamp, a diplomat and mother of two young boys, died after a driver hit her as she rode her bike in a Montgomery County bike lane in 2022. News4’s Darcy Spencer shows how her husband is now working to toughen bike lane laws statewide.
