‘Why?' Mother Mourns Young Woman Killed in Southeast DC

A young woman who was an activist against violence in her D.C. neighborhood became a victim herself. Lorraine Marie Thomas, 21, was shot and killed in her car. News4’s Shomari Stone spoke to her mother.
