Why Didn't DUI Driver Who Killed 5 Have GPS Monitor?

The man who failed to appear in court Friday to be sentenced for a drunk driving crash that killed five people was never given a GPS monitor. Prosecutors previously said he was given the device and it was removed. News4’s Kristin Wright reports on the court confusion.
