White House Fence Jumper Avoids Prison Time

A Connecticut man avoided prison time, but was sentenced three years probation for jumping over the White House fence and prompting a lockdown on Thanksgiving Day in 2015. He spoke only to News4’s Scott MacFarlane about why he did it.
