Whistleblower Calls for Greater Oversight of K-9s Deployed Overseas

Bomb-detecting K-9s trained and tested in Northern Virginia are sent across the globe to help fight terrorism, but an investigation by the News4 I-Team is raising questions about what happens to some of those dogs after leaving this country.
