Welch Sentenced for Sexually Assaulting 2 Girls in 1996

Lloyd Welch Jr., who was recently convicted in the 1975 killings of two young Maryland sisters, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting two girls in 1996. Now women, the victims testified against him in court. News4’s Meagan Fitzgerald spoke to one of the victims who said Welch is “a coward.”
