Waiting for Cherry Blossom Peak Bloom

Tuesday was originally predicted as the beginning of peak bloom for the cherry blossoms along the Tidal Basin. But the trees aren’t quite there yet. The National Park Service says the trees are in the puffy white stage. News4’s Richard Jordan is along the Tidal Basin with a closer look.
