News4’s Darcy Spencer spoke to family members and concerned citizens who handed out flyers Sunday to help find 8-year-old Relisha Rudd.
Volunteers will be out again in the search for a missing 8-year-old girl in the District.
Community groups will be looking for clues across the area where Relisha Rudd was last seen alive. Searchers are gathering at 4 p.m. at the Holiday Inn parking lot on Bladensburg Road in Northeast D.C.
They will be canvassing neighborhoods in Ward 8 and handing out flyers. Surveillance video inside the Holiday Inn hotel showed Relisha with Kahlil Tatum in February.
Police found Tatum dead in Kenilworth Park last week. He was the main suspect in the missing girl's case and apparently killed himself.
